The Project Management Program is designed to provide both a strong foundational understanding of project management principles and a practical, experienced learning environment. Through integrated coursework, students gain the knowledge needed for effective project management in real-world settings. The five courses in this program are intentionally structured to create continuity between each course. Each course builds on the previous course(s) to support the various phases of a project. The program also supports students in preparing for the PMP® exam by covering essential frameworks, processes, and competencies aligned with industry standards, and it fulfills the 35 hours of formal project management education required to sit for the PMP® exam.
