As an integral part of the BC Government's StrongerBC: Future Ready Action Plan, TradeUpBC (TUBC) fills an existing knowledge gap by providing experienced tradespeople and their employers with short courses and professional development programs to help them advance their skills, keep up with rapidly changing workplace demands, and prepare for the future needs of their profession.
At its core, TUBC is a one-stop online hub that provides easy access to a diverse range of specially curated courses offered by BC's post-secondary institutes. Depending on the institute and curriculum, the content is presented through a variety of flexible learning options, which include online, in-person, and/or hybrid delivery models.
